Overall a very average hotel in my experience. To start with, linen were dirty after I checked in, I called to complain in which they did not understand the word linen. After explaining, I had to call three times for housekeeping to show up. Then I had ordered a parcel which they refused to take on my behalf as I was in an office call. Then since they do not provide iron in the room by default, I had to call three times for them to deliver it. Then since there were other people staying there who I knew, they had really hard time checking in as they messed up documents several times. Only saviour is the food, else I would avoid.

My recent stay at Radisson Gurugram, Sohna Road was pleasent and comfortable. Staffs were warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. I booked a double occupancy which was well equipped with basic amenities one requires. Other amenities includes a brew house, spa, swimming pool. Very poor hospitality and absolutely pathetic room service. The staff was unresponsive and untrained. Basic amenities were missing, the room was not clean, and requests took hours or were simply ignored. Definitely not worth the price paid. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

I didnt had a good experience during this visit with their some of the staff members. I had day booking room and at 4:55pm i received a call from Front Desk ( i guess) and said “you have a booking till 5pm and i wanted to remind you. Hope you are leaving room at 5pm”. I asked the reason of asking a weird question- i didn’t find this respectful. And i complained on front desk but not sure if they could understand the gravity
