1. Staff & Service: The level of personalized service was truly exceptional by Mr. Mukul. 2. Room comfort and Cleanliness : The room were neat , clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. All the necessary amenities and toiletries were there. 3. Dining / Breakfast : The Breakfast Buffet was good, there were wide variety of options, but the dinner experience was completely opposite, food was average, not that much of options. I booked a deluxe suite and they upgraded it to premium suite when we checked in staff is very polite and helpful. Room were very spacious and clean with a great view. They just need to upgrade their kitchenette as i had to call housekeeping for everything that was annoying otherwise service was commendable. It was a nice experience 🤩
