It was wonderful experience staying at Taj. Truly an excellent property in Gurugram. Stayed there for night with family. This time, I thought I had lost my wallet there and they went through so much trouble to look for it. I’d like to thank Ms. Aarti and Mr. Kartik for being so thorough and generous in their efforts. 5/5 The Taj City Centre Gurugram enjoys a prime and strategic location and yet very peaceful. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. I opted for room with breakfast. Breakfast at the Taj is an experience in itself. The hotel offers multiple options, and I had the pleasure of trying most of them. Taj truly stands apart with its warm hospitality.

Property location was excellent, and also food, amenities was very good. and for staff services ,I really appreciated and special thanks to Ashita Mam, Sapna Mam, and Savan Sir for make my stay memorable by arranging delicious cake and decoration in my room making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. very bad. stinking room. torn off bed sheet. hairs on bed sheet. cockroach in buffet area. badly smelled housekeeping staff.
