Hilton gave us such a memorable stay. All the facilities offered by the property were top notch. Unfortunately, I really couldn't taste the food offered by the property as the duration of the stay was only for a few hours late in the evening. The property is located in a prime spot in Gurugram.

I recently stayed in hilton Gurugram baani city centre hotel and while the room looked nice, I was disappointed to find it wasn't clean. Specifically, I faced the following issues: 1. The bathroom was not clean, with sanitary pads left behind. 2. The kettle had a foul smell, it wasn’t been properly cleaned. 3. Toiletries and a hair dryer were missing from the room.

Great stay with family.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff members were very humble and affectionate. Food was delicious and had many options in breakfast. Chef irfan was very cooperative and concerned about what I wanted to eat as I am diabetic. Our infant daughter was with us. Staff Jury, Sanjana did take care of her while we were eating. We stayed at Hilton for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of options, though the taste was fairly average — breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. The hospitality truly stood out — top-notch service throughout, and we really appreciated the complimentary anniversary cake. The swimming pool was under maintenance, but the team arranged access to another 5-star property’s pool with free transport. We didn’t avail it, yet they offered us a late check-out and complimentary lunch instead — a very thoughtful gesture! Overall, a genuinely pleasant and memorable 5-star experience.

My overall experience was great! The room with balcony was spacious and as per my desire but AC had an issue due to which it became warm during night! Breakfast buffet was lavish but ok in taste! Overall it was a great experience
