The property is average as against its name, the light in the bathroom on wash basin was not working. The food (in room dining ) was not that great. Overall not a 5 Star property to stay at. They had kept only one hand towel whereas the room was booked for 2 people.

Despite being a Hilton gold member, got the worst kind of hospitality

To be candid, the experience was nothing short of unpleasant and disappointing, especially given that I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and hold certain expectations from the brand. From substandard room arrangements to distressing dining mismanagement, the overall experience did not reflect Hilton’s global standards in any manner. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I expected attentive service and hospitality. Instead, I received below-average treatment that I would not recommend to anyone.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn, Hinjawadi, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located for business travelers, especially if you’re working in or around the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. The check-in was smooth, and the staff throughout my stay were polite, helpful, and professional. The rooms are compact but clean and well-maintained. Everything was in working order — from the lights to the AC and shower. The bed was comfortable, and the ambiance felt modern and business-friendly. However, if you're planning a long or family-oriented stay, you might find the room size a bit limiting. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight. There was a good mix of Indian and continental options, and everything tasted fresh. I also dined at the rooftop restaurant one evening — great view and decent food, though I felt the flavors could be improved. The amenities like the rooftop pool and gym are nice touches. I didn’t use them much, but they looked well-maintained and hygienic. The lobby and shared spaces are neat and give off a premium vibe. One minor downside was occasional noise from rooftop events, which can be a bit disturbing if you're looking for complete quiet. Overall, I’d recommend Hilton Garden Inn Hinjawadi for short work trips or solo travel. The service, cleanliness, and location are spot on. I had a wonderful stay at the property! The location was convenient, with easy access to major attractions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The food served was delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience—would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very comfortable stay. Rooms were clean. Restaurant food was nice. At the entry we got free coupons and a 30% off in the restaurant. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for the hospitality!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property.. staff was very unprofessional.. Restaurant couldn't give serve 1/3 rd of the items from the menu.. Bathroom Door Handle was broken.. Room was also not clean.. There was not much variety in Breakfast buffet also.. I felt like I was staying in a 2 star hotel.. Didn't feel like Hilton
