As per my view, the location is fantastic. The services provided were good staff was supportive. Food was excellent. Only suggestion please put name tagging on buffet breakfast.

I have booked lake view imperial room for 2 days.Rooms and food are highly over priced. The restaurant is serving only veg food.

Average experience overall
We found the property to be average overall. Property is only 3 years old but not maintained in good condition. Location is nice but local transport is needed to visit places for sightseeing. Cleanliness is an issue we found for bath towels. They were smelling. Also found few cockroaches lurking in bathroom. Bathroom fitting were not as expected, hot cold water switching was not working properly, water pressure was uneven and difficult to control. In-house restaurant Brahma Kamal provides tasty food, however it is quite costly considering Udaipur location. Live music is played in the night and was very nice experience. Portion size for desserts is miniscule, but highly overpriced. Breakfast is nice and that's only worth the price charged.

Must Stay Place with a beautiful lake view
It was a beautiful and pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were cleaned properly when we were out and Breakfast was also wholesome and hot even when we were the last ones to eat.

Extremely attentive and courteous staff wanting to make this a great experience for us. Clean and Hygienic rooms and they try to provide whatever you need. Good breakfast buffet with outdoor seating. High charges with low qualit
No parking facility and you have to park your vehicle outside on the road with zero safety. The infinity pool is just for pictures and is never full. Same low quality breakfast every day..I tried pizza once and they used the hard base from a local bakery. Food taste is influenced by Gujrati palette, sugar is poha, sambar and almost everything. Not recommended for north Indians. Room temperature can't be controlled from the room and you have to call reception every time to change the temperature. The lake outside looks like a pond where animals take bath so would not recommend spending extra money for lake view room

Stay was comfortable but restaurant menu at part of disappointing. Facilities in room is not clean by itself, water logging and jet spray functions not proper. Rooms are good and view is also good.
