We're truly sorry to hear about the extremely poor experience you had in our Imperial Suite. Please accept our deepest apologies for the numerous issues you encountered during your visit. It's clear that the room you received was not at all as pictured, and we're very concerned to learn about the broken tap, the lizard, the cracked wash basin, and the power cuts. Most importantly, we're very sorry about the dangerous "blade-like thing" on the bathroom door that caused you harm. Your safety is our top priority, and this is completely unacceptable. We also apologize for the lack of staff at reception when you arrived and the long, drawn-out check-in process. It's frustrating to wait after traveling a long way, and we regret that we didn't provide quick and efficient service. The broken A/C temperature controls further contributed to what sounds like a truly uncomfortable stay. We understand this was a "pathetic experience," and we deeply regret that we failed to meet basic standards of comfort and service. We're launching an immediate and thorough investigation into each of these problems with our teams to understand exactly what went wrong and to make sure these issues are fixed
