Not in line with an executive deluxe room with no ventilation , failed to meet the expectations of a deluxe room

I am honestly surprised this hotel is rated as 4-star. The rooms provided were small, dingy, and felt very old. The walls were dirty and shabby with visible stains and silan (dampness), giving a very unpleasant look and feel. Many 2 or 3-star hotels provide far better rooms and overall comfort than this place. Another big disappointment was the MAP plan. Please note, dinner/lunch is not a buffet. You only get a very limited menu to select from, which completely defeats the purpose of opting for such a plan. Overall, the stay was far below expectations and definitely not value for money. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine 4-star experience.

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) I recently stayed at this hotel in Udaipur and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations considering the high tariff charged. Service Quality: The service was slow and not up to the mark. Room service was always delayed, which was quite Room Condition: The room door itself was a problem — extremely tight to open/close and not locking properly. The TV was not working throughout the stay. The same bed sheet was continued even on the second day, which is unacceptable for the price paid. Amenities: There was no hair dryer in the washroom, ventilation was poor, and overall facilities were very limited for a hotel at this cost. Food: The food was overpriced, yet the taste was very average and disappointing. Value for Money: With such high charges, I expected a far better itinerary, service, and comfort. Unfortunately, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made in service, maintenance, and facilities.

To make matters worse, they charged extra money for early check-in without any prior mention during booking.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Raghu Mahal, Udaipur from 6th to 13th, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel staff deserve special appreciation for their warmth and professionalism. Right from check-in, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Every request was handled promptly, and their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all modern amenities required for a comfortable visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless, and the daily replenishment of essentials was very thoughtful. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, offering both local Rajasthani delicacies and a variety of other cuisines. The breakfast spread was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The location of the hotel is another plus—it’s conveniently situated with easy access to major attractions, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a restful stay. What truly stood out was the consistent attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the entire team. Overall, my week-long stay at Hotel Raghu Mahal was comfortable, memorable, and full of warm moments. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Udaipur, whether for business or leisure.

Excellent location close to key city attractions. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained with modern amenities. The in-house restaurant serves delicious and well-presented food, offering a good mix of local and international dishes. Staff is courteous, and facilities like banquet halls, parking, and Wi-Fi add great value to the stay.

it was a great experience, The hotel staff is good and they have upgraded our room from super deluxe to executive room at free of cost, Overall a good experience.
