This property prices are over hyped in terms of quality and service 1.service is very slow and dull 2.staff is insufficient in terms of the serving capacity 3.bathroom tiles and curtains are very dirty and having yellow stains on same 4.in every room there is mosquitos and big bugs in rooms 5.you have to remind everytime to them to the daily complementary water bottle 6.no vanity kits, sanitary kit, dental or bathroom kits available in rooms 7.no active TV subscriptions to watch 8.shower are in very bad conditions

The room was dirty. At reception they picked up the receiver and set aside so intercom stop working. Very few staff at night. Kitchen intercom was also busy for more than half hour. They upgraded my room but that cannot chafe the experience. It took 45 mins for my family to get a room. With me there were 3 senior citizens and 2 child. It was a nightmare. However food was good.

It was an excellent stay at shree vallabh vilas lords plaza. Very good ambience spacious rooms and delicious food. Highly recommend to others.

The only attraction of staying at this property is that it is at a walking distance on Shreenath Ji Temple. Otherwise it is an overpriced, dirty, horrible hotel I have lived in recent memory. Windows, Bathrooms, Rooms you name it are all unclean dirty. Food served in the Restaurant is also below normal. Kacchi Roti & Jali Daal is what you get. Accessing the Hotel by car is also a bit problematic, but that can be managed

Rooms are very spacious. staff is also good and very co operative food also good. property is very neat and clean.

The stay was just amazing. We had received reference from a friend who was equally amazed by the location, service and the quality of rooms and stay. A place with a definite repeat value. Will also like to thank the General Manager at the property for considering our requests. A culture well built from the top.

I have booked this hotel through MMT by seeing the review of other MMT users and found it a value for money. The rooms were neat and clean and all essentials were provided by the hotel.

4 Rating . Hotel is big. Rooms are big enough. But services is poor. Bathroom has no curtain in bath area so entire bathroom gets wet. Location is excellent. Manir is very close by.

Apart from the proximity of location to temple, nothing was appealing in the property. Food quality was below poor and the breakfast spread was extremely disappointing. Even the staff members more so in the breakfast area were operating with zero courtesy. They don’t give extra towels and no dedicated housekeeping staff. Book at your own risk.

Such a beautiful place – you actually feel like you’re in a palace. The rooms have modern comfort but still keep that traditional charm. At night, the whole building lights up and looks stunning. Loved the Shiva Murti view from the top and the temple is super close. Totally worth it!

Washroom facilities not to mark, very poor service, minimal breakfast spread. However Ala Cart food quality very good.
