I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel. The room was extremely dirty, and as committed, the extra bed was not provided. Even basic amenities were missing, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a poor room service experience, and I feel it was one of the worst stays I’ve had so far. I expected much better standards from Lord’s Group of Hotels. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your room cleanliness and service quality for future guests.

Perfect location for person who come business trip to udaipur but for couple, The distance from city palace is not much but local transport issues are there because it is on out-cuts.
