One of the best location ...roof top swimming pool(10th floor) is awesome room are cleaned and room bar available ....all staff is so good and cooperative love cuisine and last but not least Shivani at reception is so responsible crew ...loved becomes more for this hotel every time I visit it...full paisa wasool I must say....God bless its owner and who gave such instruction for taking care of the clients ....seen such thing in 5 star rating hotels

IT HAS CENTRALIZED AC LAST YEAR I HAD VISITED LORDS INN UDAIPUR THERE WAS LIGHT AND AC ISSUES HERE THERE WAS AC AND STAFF PROBLEM THE CENTRAL AC WAS MAKING SO NOISE THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO SLEEP AND STAFF WAS TOO RUDE ON CALL , I HAD EVEN COMPLAINT REGARDING THE SAME ON RECEPTION NEXT DAY

Unkept rooms; the linen wasnt changed from ages. The bathrooms werent cleaned and the tap in the wash basin stopped working. The bathing upholstery was malfunctioning and fell off whilst in shower. It was a narrow escape from getting hurt. The restaurant staff lacked courtesy and we felt that we were ordering at some dhabha rather than a 4 star hotel.
