Very poor services . No response despite of calling Multiple times . Rooms are not cleaned after informing multiple times . No food options at breakfast ... after ordering diner , food is not severed and had to cancel There was poor response from the hotel staff . Despite of calling to take follow-up of ordered dinner food , there is no response …food is not servered and no response provided . I had to order at midnight. Requested to clean the room but no one came to do. They do not respond to the calls .. no accountability

One of the worst places to stay in Udaipur. First of all, there was no hot water in my room during my entire 3-day stay. I complained every day, but nothing was done to fix it. The hotel even charges extra if you order food from their restaurant. Basic amenities in the washroom were missing—no hair dryer, and surprisingly, not even a simple air freshener. There’s only one elevator for four floors, so be prepared to wait 10–15 minutes just to use it. The hotel staff was not supportive at all. They didn’t guide customers about where to rent a bike or how to find cars/vehicles to travel around. This is important because the property is located far from the city. Check-in and check-out were painfully slow. Overall, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.

the stay was nice and good, The rooms were neat and clean, only dinner seemed a little bit expensive but it was a tasty dinner. Firstly the hotel was away from the main city. Second the quality of food and water were not good at all that all three of us fell sick and are still recovering. Because of low occupancy, it appeared, several normally available simple food items were not being prepared. Overall did not get a satisfactory feeling of staying in a decent accommodation. Sorry to say this but must say so that they improve in the coming days.
