Amar Kothi

It was overall a wonderful experience of staying at amar kothi Amar Kothi, with ease of access to the location of the property, presence of the Amar Kothi nearby to some of the primary places to visit like lake pichola, city palace and good food and other amenities. The Amar Kothi is almost 6 km away from the udaipur railway station and about 3-4 km away from lake pichola and city palace. We reached the Amar Kothi via a cab which we took from udaipur railway station. We reached the Amar Kothi at around 1 am and the receptionist walmly welcomed us even at this hour of night. For drinking the Amar Kothi provides two to three bottles of water and i assume they were reusing the same bottles as a few of the bottles that we were given were not seal-packed and the guy who took our trash out from the dustbin told us that these used bottles will be taken by a different person from the staff. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Ac was working well except for its remote not being able to work most of the time. As we had included breakfast in our Amar Kothi booking, we need not look for options other than the Amar Kothi for breakfast. The breakfast timings were from 8 to 10. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient number of options were available as menu for the breakfast.

Located in a quiet and easily commutable area, just outside the old city. I booked a premium room , which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was small, but tasty and fulfilling. However, the dinner I ordered from the in house restaurant was a disappointment, it was very salty and the quantity was very less as per the pricing. Overall it was a good stay, staff was pleasant, location is good , food could be better. You can even get a glimpse of Lake pichola and aravali ranges from their Terrance.

One of the best experience ever, we realize that we are in the middle of the city at Amar Kothi amar kothi, all tourist attractions are near by or at walking distance. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Calming experience. Breakfast was wonderful and staff specially shaitan sinh supports and guide at udaipur very well.
