Title: disappointing stay - hotel angan rating: 1 out of 5 stars review: i recently stayed at hotel angan for 1 night and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room heater was not working despite being listed as an amenity. Considering the cold weather during our stay, the lack of a functional heater significantly impacted our comfort. The room service was incredibly slow. We waited over an hour for our food orders on multiple occasions, which significantly impacted our dining plans. The advertised amenities were not available. The hotel website stated that a swimming pool was available for guests, but it was closed during our entire stay. While the staff at the front desk were polite, the overall experience at hotel angan fell far short of our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to others and will not be staying here again.
