I had requested the receptionist to pack my breakfast as I needed to check out at 5:30 AM, but the request was clearly denied. This kind of behaviour is disappointing and reflects poor service. Such issues need to be addressed and improved.

The property was more than wow and the checkin was super smooth. This stay made our stay wow.

The Ginger Udaipur is best hotel to experience 5star feel, location of hotel is very easy proximity to all the major locations of udaipur including railway station, Any tourist location from here is just 5-10 minutes away. Rooms were of decent space and their executive suite is best easily accomodate family of four. And nice view of aravali and night view of city palace is awesome. Their breakfast buffet was nice with all food items covered which we get in 5 star. They have inhouse gym with all modern equipments and machines tools and best was their rooftop swimming pool. We really enjoyed a lot. Ginger Udaipur has maintained their IHCL GROUP ethics and culture.

Property is good but based on the price it’s not worth. Staff were rude and room size was small. Moreover, very limited option in breakfast. They charge more and not good service.

Good Property Good Location

Rooms were much smaller than they appear in photos. We had informed while booking about a kid in the room with two adults, but no mattress was given, even when we said we are ready to pay for the same. On request, they gave us extra blankets to use. Breakfast spread was basic. The swimming pool water was not clean. But definitely this place was value for money.

This is the best hotel at the best rates in Udaipur.. it has touch of ethnicity of Udaipur touch with modern ambiance... Breakfast was also good and other food from restaurant was also good we just missed some more options in restaurant menu... Staff was helpful and humble.. good for family stays also

Stay was decent. I like these type of hotels. Hotel food was also decent although may be they can add more variety to the breakfast and hotel menu
