Complimentary 2 hrs early check mention during booking, and as well I also mentioned in booking remarks, but hotel staff charges for 1500/- for 11.35 Am checking. This is a very bad feeling. If room available for early check & for 25 minutes early check in changed 1500/- this is not right. As I am regular customer for Ginger Noida and city centre 63 and sec 133. I think staff has to manage for 25 minutes without extra changes.

My stay was for three nights and it was great staying at Ginger Noida Sec 63. Front desk Staffs were very graceful and cordial too. Specially Nomita, Urmila, Tridip and Arshilu very very helpful and they all are so kind in making my stay awesome. Thanks to Amarpal, Hemant, Pintu and Amit who were very nice in helping me enjoy the food in the restaurant and the food was awesome... Special thanks to House keeping Niranjan for helping clean the room... Overall Stay was Superb... I will recommend others to stay over here and enjoy their stay too.

The overall experience at this place was quite good. It's located in a prime spot, right next to the metro station, which makes it very convenient for commuting. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a mix of good and healthy options to choose from. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I had requested a two-hour extension for checkout, and the staff were accommodating, which added to the positive experience. While the room was slightly smaller than expected for the price, it was comfortable and served my purpose well. One area of improvement could be the ironing facility — it was located in a common area rather than inside the room, which was slightly inconvenient.
