So, I accidentally booked the room with only one guest’s details as I couldn’t find the option to add the other person’s name. The hotel informed us that the room would be charged as double occupancy with no adjustments, even though we were ready to provide both IDs. They still charged an extra ₹800. The room itself was good, and everything else was fine. The third-floor rooms are especially nice since they’re newly renovated. The reception staff were sweet, but I still felt that charging ₹800 extra for double occupancy didn’t make sense. Overall, I was a bit disappointed as I had really high hopes from them.

One of the worst check in experience. Though check in time was 2 pm but while booking got option of guaranteed early check upto 2 hrs. Accordingly reached there around 11:30 am but was told to wait. But I had to wait for 2 hrs before checking in around 01:20 pm. Even the receptionist was not very friendly. Food was good. Cleanliness was very good. Room was not not old fashioned but overall good.

Funny, that this is the third time in two months that the room keys do not work and system is perpetually down for two full days. There are no explanations - harassment of boarders who have to go to the reception for getting into rooms every time you are out of the room. The food this time was very average, breakfast did not even have omelette in the buffet for almost an hour; who is going to wait for this kind of service!
