I had comfortable stay at the hotel. Room was clean, well-maintained and hygienic which made the stay truly pleasant. Staff was courteous and always ready to assist. Special mention to housekeeping boy Mr.Momin for his hard work and dedication, he ensured that the room was spotless every day and attended to every request promptly. Overall experience was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness and hospitality.

Won't stay again at this property...

Had booked 3 standard rooms and none was without a maintenance issue. It was barely a 7-8 hours stay but lost 1 hour in failed attempts to get the issues addressed. The hotel didn't seem to have full occupancy but the manager could finally change only 1 room! Stinking room, no flush water, no hot water in the night (a soothing shower was much needed before going to bed after 16 hrs of travel but alas!) The manager was quite stern and had a non apologetic tone. I couldn't hold back from asking him if it was still Overall pathetic and not recommended, specially for a family stay.

I stayed at Ginger Hotel for a month and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. The morning and evening buffets were consistently fresh and delicious, with great variety. Special thanks to Varsha, Ankita, Joydev & Dal bohara Chef the cafeteria for her warm, attentive service, and at reception Swapnali, Ajay for making check-in effortless. Excellent hospitality, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended!

Key card was not working..every time has or call reception for opening the door.Rooms and bed was not clean.Single bed was there while booked for king bed.Food quality was very ordinary.We never stay in this hotel again
