The ambience is very good. Very good response from the reception. There was a hot water issue in the washroom other than that everything was good.

My stay at Ginger Chennai was very disappointing. The hotel is in poor condition — the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell, the air conditioning and room locks were not functioning properly, and the overall amenities were substandard. Cleanliness was lacking throughout the property. The breakfast quality was also poor and not up to expectations. I had to change my room once due to the condition, and my friend had to change rooms twice. Unfortunately, I even fell sick after returning from the trip, which I believe was due to the unhygienic environment.
