decent accomodation at a convenient location. caretaker was helpful. toilet was clean. however saw a couple of small cockroaches which was the only turnoff. overall good place. The service was terrible. We waited half an hour at the reception and there's no to contact them. We stayed for 3 days and not once they came for cleaning. The only thing they provide is one big bottle of water and that to for 3 days. It nothing looks like the picture.

No shirt Hangers in the rooms. Rooms are smelling.Service not upto the standard.

Property maintenance is neat and clean, facilities are awesome, and location is easily accessible through public transport.

Cleaning was not good and support was very limited. Lot potential but very average handling of business

Location ok. If you have a car getting inside is very difficult without damaging car. Ac and geyser working. Spacious hall. But periodical maintenance needed for so many areas including rest rooms, dirty walls. No one helps moving your things to room. They said no room service. In all other service apts room service there. I stayed two times, in the second time no washing machine provided. For even coffee and tea and water bottles you have to walk to nearby places.

I did not stay at the hotel since the rooms had no bathroom within and had to share with with unknown people and so this is a pathetic issue I faced with mmt so I need my money to be credited back Even the parking lot so mentioned won't be possible for any sedan to even get in so please give in proper information before one books

very pathetic....Room picture is different from what is reflecting. deluxe room has two room on sharing basis can you believe it. money got wasted. care taker was roaming without tshirt. Nightmare

Strongly recommend to stay. But we waited a long time for room allocation . But they apologise for that is a great initiative.

Apartment is Good for families where we had availed a room only, can use kitchen for urgent needs. Facilities includes communication dining room and common tv, common kitchen

There is no water, no towels we need to ask them for each and again..bed is not clean and house full of bugs

The stay was good. The staff was responsive enough to cater to our needs and the location is also quite locatable

The property was good but not fully equipped. The cleanliness was good but the washroom was not maintained. The fittings from washroom were very old. The attendant has given a very good service. The owner has look after furnishing the leaving room.
