it was a good stay for us but the only problem was to reach out to the caretaker multiple times for Watching TV as it wasn't recharged. all other things were good

The check-in process was very easy and fast. The care taker is responding fast and very polite. We booked for 5 people but there were only 2 beds and we had to pay extra 500rs for an extra mattress per night. The flat was not very well maintained and missing a lot of kitchen utensils. For a family of 5 there were not enough plates and cutlery. Also the kitchen was not very clean...e.g. the cupboard doors were sticky. Microwave and fridge were clean. The mattresses were very hard and the window ac very loud. Overall it was just average and you can find better places for that money.

Our stay at this residence was wonderful. The location is ideal, being very close to Kerala Vidyalayam and the Nehru Park metro station. The caretaker was also extremely kind and accommodating, attending to all our needs. It truly felt like a home away from home.

First thing- value for money. The property was neat and clean. The place is as displayed in the pictures. Sufficiently spacious. The location is also great. Loved the experience.
