Overall stay was good. Food was decent however one point to be noted is hotel is hosted in 7th floor of an under construction building hence at the ground floor there is lot of cement debris Overall stay was good. The hotel is located over a parking lot in 7th floor. If you have late night carvings for food, you can order through swiggy/ zomato but you need to connect at front gate which is at least a 15 mins walk from your stay. The staffs are very polite and friendly. Stay was worth the money. Can maintain better.

Lodge is better than this hotel - Bad experience

First the room which was given 1. Lizards in the room 2. Wifi connection week - due to which not able to work 3. TV was not working 4. Duvet cover was with big holes After complaining the room was changed 1. No DK & SK was given 2. AC leakage 3. Housekeeping cleaning is in bad shape not at all hygiene.

I had stayed for 4 days and 2nd time in this hotel. First time i had good experience but not this time. I rate my 2nd time experience as Average. issues: room power socket were not working in room no 7033. even after requesting multiple times they didn't fix. Almost no option for food from kitchen if you are vegetarian. you had to take a very long walk to receive food from outside I.e. zomato/swiggy. good things: breakfasts, staff awareness

Affordable and good place

I would have rated 5 star if reception would have allowed my family member to stay in room for some time and not just for 10 mins. Nice hotel at affordable price. Clean room and premises. Amazing food and breakfast. Very accessible location in Thoraipakkam. I recommend 👌 to choose if you are looking for hotel rooms.

Rooms were nicely maintained, good complimentary breakfast. One hurdle i faced is check in, I reached 2 hrs earlier but they denied that they can’t let me in as booking is from MMT and they have to follow the schedule even though room is not occupied. They should have some flexibility, anyway reception guy allowed to keep my luggage so I roam nearby and then checked in at standard time
