location is good. as it is a service apartment it is in the residential area hence 1 km from the main road. I relaxed here .. was able to work peacefully, sleep nicely. Get cabs and auto on time provided its not peak time. Tv works good and microwave to heat up the food. Only 2 improvements- 1 is the refrigerator freezer doesn't freeze even the ice cream and the wash basin tap water is so low that washing hands become difficult. Otherwise it's good.

I had a good stay at this 1BHK apartment. The place was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a short or long-term visit. The living space was compact but comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials. The bedroom was cozy with decent ventilation and natural light. It’s located in a peaceful area with easy access to shops and public transport. Overall, a good and hassle-free experience. Would recommend it for solo travelers or couples looking for a simple, quiet place to stay.

Clean rooms with all basic amenities -paste, soap, shampoo towel etc big 2 bhk rooms for a family of 6 adults. Safe car park in front of the building. Caretaker was very helpful. No breakfast but they provide kitchen facilities to cook our own food. Lot of shops and restaurants near by. Recommended stay.

I did not stay i had called police it's terrible. Not interested in discount but area near by is filthy. When i refused to stay. Caretaker snatched filled up forms

Nice story sir,you have not called police ,we called.The reason behind this fake bad review is we asked to checkout because you brought some unprofessional girls to our apartment,trusted you and consider your age we gave apartment but this is not the place to do unethical activity .Hope you are from a decent family and never do this at anyone’s place ,will you bring unprofessional girls to your home ? Same way it’s our home converter to stay.Annoyed with your behaviour. MakeMyTrip :Please block these type of guest in to our property,because of his behaviour and the girls he brought we felt shame in front of our neighbours.Please inform your guest to read our check in policy and house rules before booking .Thanks .

businessSo many rules is there soo no , car parking very interior mobile network, not available. WiFi also not working properly. check out time also to early 9 o’clock only.

Dear Prasanna , Thanks for your review on us .No smoking inside the property and no Event or parties inside the Apartment is a General rule everywhere,did we created this rules suddenly for you ? We have clearly mentioned about these rules in our booking page where you can skip our place if these rules doesn’t fit for you ,we are located in the chennai city where we never face any issues on mobile network and first time we are hearing that No mobile network in our area ,looks fully .Check out time is clearly mentioned in the description and we informed you at the time of check in then why blaming us ? You need early check in as well late checkout how this possible sir ? We understood you are intentionally blaming us because we not allowed you to smoke and not provided you late check out .If your request is against to our house rules obviously we have to deny that sir .Thanks .

Yes if you stay beyond check out time and delayed till 10.40 am obviously we keep reminding you to do check out ,where we clearly mentioned our check in and check-out time at the time of booking ,in confirmation voucher ,at the check in form ,in the room, day before evening to your check out day by SMS ,on checkout day by 8 am in person still you smartly went to beach by 8 am and back by 10.40 am .because of you we faced issue with next check in guest, he accepted your behavior and waited for 2 hrs to check in ( where it took 2 hrs to make the room coz you ruined the apartment) When you can't follow the house rules don't book the property or try book a day ahead instead annoying everyone.
