Stayed at Ecostay Vadapalani, Chennai. The room was clean and had all basic amenities like a fridge, water purifier, and washing machine – pretty convenient. However, there was no induction cooker, and toiletries weren’t provided, so you’ll need to carry your own. The property is in a congested area and doesn't have proper parking, which can be a bit of a hassle if you're driving. Overall, a decent place for a short stay if you're okay with basic facilities and don’t mind the location.

I've booked studio room for the earliest check in they have provided a small without any facilities. No towel soap and shampoo, water heater doesn't work. Water was not provided l

My stay at Ecostay in Chennai was great value for money! Here are some suggestions for improvement: 1. Providing a coffee mug or two would be a nice touch. 2. Although the room was clean, the garbage was left at the entrance for most of the day - timely disposal would be better. 3. The security guard seemed a bit lax - no checks were done during my stay, so maybe a bit more vigilance would enhance safety. Overall, it was a good stay, and I hope these suggestions help!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Unacceptable Standards We booked a studio apartment, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the owner's mismanagement and lack of communication. Despite calling the owner in the afternoon to confirm our booking and inform him about our late-night arrival, we were not told about any issues. However, when we arrived at 8pm, we discovered that the apartment had been double-booked. The owner never informed us about this mistake, even though he had ample opportunity earlier in the day. To make matters worse, he first tried to accommodate us in a nearby property that was untidy and clearly not up to standard. When we refused, he transferred us to another property 5 km away, which turned out to be a shared accommodation with three other people—despite my clear communication that we needed a separate apartment. He also promised a bigger room, but this was not the case. The property was messy, lacked basic amenities like bathroom towels, and was overall very uncomfortable. This entire ordeal took more than 2.5 hours and forced us to cancel our dinner reservation. I also tried to contact Myntra agents for help, but for some unknown reason, I was unable to connect with them. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and substandard accommodation made for a very stressful and unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The Ac remote and tv remotes were not working. Basic things like soap, water towel nothing has been provided. Using the washing machine in the room after checkin room which was so disturbing. Not worthy for the price

Stay with Eco Stay after reading reviews from fellow MMT users was my first mistake. Manager is responsiveness but not the care takers. I stayed for 5 days and room cleaning was not even done a single day. Room was cleaned by myself. There was a water leak in washing machine and it spread all over the kitchen. Further the wash basin in the toilet got clogged and it was cleared the first time and the next time onwards the care taker stopped attending my calls. Next thing is TV. When you can't provide TV with subscription to channels, do not advertise TV as part of Stay. None of the channel was in the subscription. I was told that a recharge would be done but it was neither done nor informed. Next is car parking. This building has a hospital and the doctors car is occupying the parking all the time along with the medical shop guy's car. That's it and there is no car parking space left. The watch man will not let our car inside for parking even if it is vacant for a single night. No toiletteries, not even a tissue roll was present. When I asked the care taker to clean the room. He is asking me to call the manager and he becomes unresponsive. So if you are looking for homestay, I would recommend strictly not to choose this Stay. This is okay for a business person who would not expect kitchen and self laundry but not for longer Stay. MMT support is the next point. I called and reported them that the amenities mentioned in the app like, TV which was not working, toiletteries, car parking were not provided, afyer a prlonged waiting they said they have informed the manager who would do the needful. After which only TV was replaced as the old one was not at all turning ON. No update afterwards. So avoid MMT at first place and avoid this place for the aforementioned reasons.
