Three Points Residency

The AC in the room next to mine was running. They cut off the electricity connection because I made an online booking. We couldn't sleep peacefully. Even though it was 12 hours, we only stayed for 5 hours. Then, by nightfall, we had left.

No support staff We stayed out for 1 hour for check in Ac not working No towel was provided

this hotel is like good rooms are fully clean and management is help to you for any person

Stupid place to stay.. Hotel approach is very difficult through gullies.. Bathroom shower no water.. Otherwise also yellow colour water for bath..

worst hotel that i ever seen. room condition is too bad. light in room & bathroom in poor poor condition.lift was not running.no food arrangements there. totally horrible.

Worst experience ever from property

The hotel is very good near marina mall, service was awesome

First the hotal location was terrible, the is no proper road, it took 2 hours to locate the hotal afte reaching the location. The map was showing on road it was found its a drainage path, the We pased through a residency compound and ther was a broken wall through that there found a mud road through that road at night time it made us very difficult to locate the hotal. Actually the hotal itself build in drainage water collection pond. May be in future it will be rectified because some uniting construction is going on nearby. Secondly the lift was not working, we went with my wife's mother oder person she can't climb steps it took us to get the room changed from 3rd floor to atleast 1st floor 2hour approx Thirdly we reached early morning no one responding the phone call, finally contacting the hotal management he told on person will come to assist us. The person was a North Indian who dond understand our language or english. Fourthly ther is no nearby restore to or shopes event to have a tea + no room service at all. Fifthly the water was brown in colour, I think the sewage water may be mixing. Sixth we booked four night but we vacated second day because it was so horrible we can't reach anywhere become its deficit either you to book a aotu or taxi to reach the main road or we have to walk through the drainage or 2.5km approx through the residency One thing was nice the rooms or good because newly constricted building But what I can say in future the area will be developed maybe 6 months to 1.5 years The price was resalable, for bachelor it will be OK not for family till the location is corrected

place is very poor. Room not even having a fan or mirror. one AC remote for 3 rooms. very dust and not worth for money. full waste of money
