Very, very bad experience for Chennai of Bhima Hotel from very bad Very bad experience, basic commitment for not allowed in the hotel

We booked 3 rooms, all the rooms were very dirty, they don't clean and stinks of cigarettes

Very poor cleaning in rooms. bed sheets are dirty. Bad smell in rooms. Not recommended

Poor maintenance....it's definitely not a good experience to keep changing rooms as no rooms got good working AC or Exhaust or TV or hygeine bedsheets/pillowcovers etc. room service you will need to pay separately for each and every item instead of paying all at once during check out...very pathetic

This was the worst hotel experience of my life horrible stay..There was no person to help with the luggage...No proper room service ...Bathroom had moulds totally unclean ...No toileteries provided...Bedsheets had oil marks..Room floor and the way to room was nasty and dirty....No lift ....Staircase not at all cleaned....Ceiling broken and live wires were there on d way to rooms....There were no bottles and we had to ask them several times to get it....Cockroaches cats rats .....Overall, this hotel experience was so bad and i wont recommend any1 to stay here .....If there is an option to give 0 rating ill probably give that....

Worst hotel and worst maintenance no room boy will be there to carry luggage....it's too much cost to stay there better to search options

Dirty rooms, here & there cockroach 🪳 are running, Water is leaking from AC, and no cool. .etc .

The room was really terrible. Don’t even list such hotels in app.Till now the stay I booked through MakeMyTrip was nice.But this case the hotel was 100% terrible. First they gave me a room and it was dirty and felt like a local lodge.Also ugly smell and I complaint it.Then they gave another room where all the walls and cupboards were broken.And when I looked the door lock was not working.Again I complaint and they gave another room which was also like the same. Walls in four sides were with stains.The bed sheet also with stain.The bathroom was also with no standard.This three things itself took around 2 hours for me in that late night. Then I really disappointed and moved to one of my friends home at Vadapalani itself.Please try to provide a minimum standard.When I asked my friends they said the hotel was nice before some years but now they also not recommend it to anybody.Over all Terrible and lost my money.

The ambiance and atmosphere were delightful, peaceful, and pleasantly located near at the temple beautiful

It was pathetic and horrible. It was such a cheap shady room. With no proper ac / water stagnant in the bathroom and what not. Stinking soiled bedding it was unbearable to even stay put for a minute.

The hotel is ill maintained, and the rooms stinks badly, no facility of hot kettle. Won t recommend any body had to leave the hotel within 3 hrs of checking in

Chennai worst hotel bhimaas. the rooms and bathroom was not good and lot of cockroach and mositos. . And any northindians please don't books dis hotel bhimaas.

Shower was broken, it was not working good condition, from ac continue water leakage, there was no sun light in room, there is no blanket, and even soap n shampoo, after many call we have received blanket, towels also provide after many calls room was smell bad

Painful experience. I checked in. After about 30 minutes, reception called me and said to pay RS.1500 more. The reason stated was, I have been charged less that the offline rates, and so have to pay extra amount. Reception gave me two options: Either stay for 2 more hours and vacate ( my booking was for whole day), or vacate immediately and contact for refund. 15 years back my engagement happened in this very same Bhimaas hotel. I was so happy to come and stay in the hotel. But the reception and the management that has employed such employees has left a complete bad taste. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was not neat. The bed spread had stains. The ac did not work properly. It is not worth the money they charge you

The rooms were very very dirty and filthy. There was millipede in the room. The shower was not working properly.

The room was small but was clean. Ac was leaking. Door mats very dirty. Toilet could be cleaner. There were no hanger to hang clothes. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were so small and it was not clean there is no lift in the hotel the breakfast it was same every day overall the experience was bad
