I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The staff were, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities.

Very small & basic rooms. No amenities like electric kettle for tea/coffee also or moni fridge which is usually provided for this price.

Hotel was just ok. Pretty much every thing was worn out. Not maintained. Every thing else was ok. I stayed for only 1 day with family.

It was an okay stay for the price. But disappointed with no water in the tap, and a stains on the pillow covers. And no hot water too.

Person sitting at the reception while checking was rude, he was just dragging the time saying not received mail. I made payment at the time of booking and got the confirmation by mail he was just searching for that. House keeping is poor. Property shown in the pictures not at actual. No images taken.

Stinky smell, they do not have. In house kitchen, not even complimentary drinking water & what was even more pathetic they charged for dental kit. Wardrobe was not great, no enough space to work, toilet was average. I went there after taking feedback from my colleague despite seeing a 2. 8 score. Then only i realised that he was digesting these issues without escalating.

Rooms are small, not good for price paid, no value for money, no breakfast included no parking it's next to road, it difficult to get sleep, even if you get sleep, chances are high to get disturbed by traffic noise.

Poor and rusty bathroom fittings. Substandard toileteries. Inadequate parking facilities. The facilities and amenities did not match the description in the advertisement.

Room size is small and comfortable for single stay. Hotel maintenance was very clean, staff are very polite had a wonderful time. This hotel is located opposite to the av m cinemas.

No proper knowledge. The photos and the real one are entirely different. No clean. No ac working in good condition. Worst experience. No car parking.

Images shown are not as real. Less maintenance. They charge rs 12 for the free toiletries(soap.

Washroom was clean. Room was very dark and small and lights were too dull. Not satisfied with the stay

Booked with additional breakfast and dinner but as soon as i reached the property, the receptionist said they don’t offer this service and that i should cancel the booking. Why should i go through this ordeal of cancel-ling and searching for a new location. Somehow managed to convince them with a win win solution and help through mm t customer care. Never book at this hotel. The rooms are quite shabby as well. Not worth the price they charge.

Hotel charged me way too much for early check in there was no water inside the room nobody came to give as well, the room was not hygienic at all. Bad experience not worth the money and time.

Car parking is an issue since metro work is going on
