Rooms are okay, but the breakfast is poor. Overall, I would rate it average.

The stay was ok. Room was clean. Asked for slippers which were not available

Room is very small. No chairs, no door mats. TV not functioning. Main door also doesn't open even though the card is placed properly. The service is very bad and poor. They don't even serve drinking water. No one turns up in spite of calling the reception time and again.

I had a terrible experience yesterday as 2:30 in the night somebody was ringing the door bell and banging my door to open he was totally drunk when I reached reception nobody picked nobody seems to bother

Regarding food, location and facilities I would say it was truly remarkable and we indeed enjoyed the stay there and we would definitely recommend others.

it was good, clean room, bathroom was clean and great shower system enjoyed that. parking only 3 and that too back to back so that was a problem.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a positive experience. The staff was supportive and helpful. To cater to a broader range of guests, I suggest reviewing the breakfast menu to include some North Indian options. This would enhance the overall experience.

A well maintained professional apartment stay in chennai. We were in chennai for 3 days and on the last day due to some plan changes we opted this stay. It turned out to be far better than we thought. The staffs were polite and checkin was so easy. Also the location itself is what we liked the most. Will suggest to friends and family for sure.

Location is great. Very near to shopping area & eateries. Service is good. Very humble staff.. Room floor not clean when check in. Others room amenities all okey

Every thing was good very neat and hygiene, suitable for family even senior citizens, friendly, feel like home.

1- hot water was not available in bath room of room 142. 2- the sofas on the outside of the room. Were sagging too much causing back pain to seniors like us. 3- the bottom night lamp near the bath room door was not getting switched off & causing sleeplessness at night. Otherwise, clean & well maintained.
