Stay-Inn Serviced Apartment

No proper location details and no one on site for support and even if we are ready to pay for breakfast they will not provide tell us to use Swiggy or zomato no proper room cleaning mattress was very poor hygiene

No room service. The heater is not working. The room key is not provided,so your items are not safe when you leave the room. The place is located far away from the road where the vehicle is mandatory to reach the location.

The food was not all good , the caretaker was not at all listening to the customers request , water was not coming, timely refilling of water bottle was not done.

It's not too cool or not bad The location is good staying with a low price and service in the property can rate 3 .0 first day they give good service long stay service is not good even though I am as a adjustable person it's good

The stay was not good. The caretaker was careless. They were not even picking the call some times. Wifi was not there. Toilet flesh was not working. The place looks good but not being maintained properly. Between rooms there is no keys so the door would be open.

Regular maintenance must be taken care of. Communication is an issue.

I booked in the “stay-inn“ this august for my brother mr anand pandey and family. It was a terrible experience- 1. The 3rd bed was not provided initially and the bedsheets were dirty, after my complain and intervention , they provided bed. 2. Tv was not working and the electrical points were also not functioning, it was not resolved despite several complaints and also raising it to the owner. 3. The toilet flush was not functioning, the attendant visited after complain, did something and left, the problem remained unresolved. 4. Mr care taker was rude and ignored all complaints. 5. The hotel agreed to extend few extra hours for late check-in but they switched off the ac at 11. 00 am. First picture is dirty linen provided by the hotel, 2nd picture of tv without remote and the video is the non functional flush

The room service not so good. No new towel provided every day. For soap and drinking water i have to call the manager. Still they takes time to refill or make it available. The office is in another building and stay is in another. No intercom. No keys for individual rooms. The mattress was to bad. The bed was making sound. Paid food service not good.

The bathroom was not attached to room. First ever in my 27 years of travel-ling life. Secondly, the company refused to give gst bill as they informed that it will be given by mmt. We always get invoice from the hotel we stay. Talked to them for a couple of times but of no use.

Siva was very supportive across 24/7. Property at good location and rooms are well maintained. Had a pleasant sta.

Homely stay and excellent surroundings. Food also homely food. Only thing is too far from city.

It was a horrible experience as the property was very remotely located with little or no options with food ordering and were left with only the in-house good which they had a menu listed but we had to settle to what they offered. The food taste was terrible and it was one of the harrowing experience. Also though the room was clean they refused to provide keys to the room and we had to leave it unlocked for which their explanation was it's always like that here

Property is good but their interaction is sooo bad. They took so long to assign the room. And the receptionist only knows hindi

The property is located in the middle of nowhere. To go to your places you won't get any ola/uber/cab. You need to depend completely on the service boys there to arrange a cab for you every time. And, as example, a distance of 9 km one way would cost you anything from 500 to 1600, each time! even after that there is no guarantee that you will get a cab! but, the property is very good, as usual hiranandani outstanding quality! but the problem is you don't go there just to live there - you go there for your work outside - for that the place is terrible. All the cab drivers will cheat you like anything taking advantage of the bad location. If you have your own car, the place is good - though it is very far. Food is very average prepared by the service boys there. And you can't order anything from outside because of the very far location - so you have to depend of the food from the service boys. If you do not have a car, don't go there considering the price of /night. People who are going there for the nearby big factories and if they have own/company provided car - the place is really good for sleeping at night.

There was no one to attend. Daniel is just a rouge. He will just say either you stay or leave. Then one guy told there is no room available. They took us to another apartment which was very far with all our luggage. This guy was so rude. They didn’t even offer us to pick our luggage. We went to another apartment and then he realised he got wrong key. He was fighting with someone on phone. Then he went leaving us there in lobby for another 15-20 mins. There was no place to sit. After that he came and told will have to go to another apartment. We lost our cool saying you ensure next place we have the key and room on that he told will not give you the room you talk to mm t for refund. I had family with me so i had no option. We again went to the other apartment which was again very far. And it was raining heavily. We all got badly drenched. Then atlas t they had the room open the third time. But i was shocked when they told they don’t have room keys. So basically we were asked to stay in a place where no one will be available, you don’t know who all staying in other rooms of the flat and on that you will not get the house keys. Never ever had heard something like this. Please avaoud this place and request to mm t that please black list this place. I later hd to leave this place just in a day though had paid for 2 days. What a bad experience.
