I felt very bad at this hotel , When I first entered this building, I realized that the construction work was still ongoing , Then I checked in and stayed in this room , I had to stay awake all night because there was no lock in the room, nothing to lock it from the inside , It was possible to open it from outside at any time , The biggest problem arose on the second morning , My wife and I were in the room when they suddenly opened the door and came in without even knocking , I was running to close the room door in a hurry and my toe got broken when I hit my foot , When I ask why you came in without knocking, he says I opened the door without realizing it when I was checking in , I met him about ten minutes before this incident happened, bought a can of water, and went upstairs. I don't know how he missed it , He didn't know Tamil or English, I didn't even know how to speak to him, this whole style was really scary to me and my wife, When I booked this room, they charged me for breakfast separately from the room, but we were never served breakfast because they didn't understand what I was saying , I had booked a two-day stay, but this happened, so I immediately vacated the room, stayed for only one day, and then vacated the room .

I recently stayed at RV PARK INN RESIDENCY, Chennai and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible from major attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it’s a great spot to stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The view from the window was lovely. The hotel’s staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The highlight for me was definitely the food. I had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant each morning, and the spread was amazing—fresh pastries, a variety of hot dishes, and excellent coffee. The dinner menu was also impressive! Overall, I would definitely recommend RV PARK INN RESIDENCY to anyone visiting Chennai, and I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

New hotel and room is clean and maintain very well. WIFI not worked when I was there

I am not satisfied with the service at the hotel. There was no receptionist available to assist, and communication was very difficult since the staff did not understand the language. It was also inconvenient that no proper key was provided for the room — I had to search for a worker just to get the door unlocked. Overall, the lack of basic service and support made my stay uncomfortable. I would request the management to improve staff availability, provide proper room keys, and ensure smoother communication for guests.
