Apartment is good, Breakfast is good. Overall service needs to be improved. Small things matter: Refilling Mineral water bottles, Milk Powder, Teabags, Keeping Steel spoon I/o plastic stirrer. I rather prefer to stay at lotus than the five star.

Good accomodation and food and services are very good. We need drivers accommodation in the open area inside the hotel next time. My driver mentioned that toilet facilitates are worst and you have to improve since your staff members are also using. Take care ofstaffs helth is utmost important for you and guests.

soloLocation good, apartment provides good room & breakfast but. Toilet is small, lift is outside the main building so its very hot during the day use.

This hotel is in good location from all the points you want to travel to (eg. Marina beach - 5km. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Favorite part of this hotel for me was the complimentary breakfast served at the restaurant on the ground floor. The staff here are really humble & helpful. Pro tip: when visiting this hotel never miss their complimentary breakfast )

familyI think they have two sets of room one for traveller's through mm t etc. And other better set of rooms for direct booking. This we realised when the room was changed mid course. Initially allotted room had issues like water dripping from ac, unclean bed linen, floor tiles and lighting but the new room allotted looked very clean, better ambience. Mm t advised to check these aspects.
