Hotel Southern Comfort ( Chennai Airport )

Didnt get the exact room which was booked . And the room kept locking the key card was not working properly. And the room had cockroaches. The toilet showr water was comming into the bedroom.

Location: perfect for aor travellers Food : Good Service: Gud Staff - co-operative But property itself is old not maintained properly. Average cleanliness needs maintenance

Hotel is in terrible condition. I don't know how is mentioning this hotel as Three Star. It is a old lodge only. Construction work is going on and hence noisy. No Restaurant Room was dirty with paint smell. No mirror and horrible furniture. AC was not working. Toilet is very old with broken window. Pillow was as hard as rock. Towels were not kept and I had to ask for that. The room size is very small and was not as indicated in your website. Car park was filled with construction materials.

Poor Service, no proposer response from front desk, rooms were stinking.. food is ok.. location wise ok

No proper service and no one is attending land calls once visitor visit to room. if we required anything we have to go ground floor and inform to recipients then they are acting

Property location is only plus point. Room Service and House Keeping services are below average. Limited option for Veg Food.

The room is very old with scrachy surface. There are mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was also not well maintained...

The hotel is very neat and clean. My stay was pleasant here and the staff was very friendly. The coordinate with you if you want to keep your luggage after checking out of the hotel. They help you with the nearest places to visit.

The hotel has dirty carpet and needs severe pest control. Forgot my shirt in the closet. The hotel denied it.
