GRACE RESIDENCY CHENNAI AIRPORT

It is an Excellent Hotel. The staff are very amicable. Moreover the Hotel located in Airport Metro Complex and its 2 mins walk in to Airport.

The stay was quite excellent though it's very expensive. The transit room was very compact but don't have attached washroom. so I opted for regular room. The staff were very courteous and helpful. it was a pleasant stay though expensive

The hotel location is very good as it is connected with both metro and airport. Foods in several stalls are available within the premises. Overall nice experience.

I felt it was nice. Had a very good experience. Water geyser can be provided only normal waters are available. Rooms were near and clean smells good, matress covers and others were clean and no fowl smell at all. Floors were clean and neat.

I stayed at Grace Residency and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, staff was helpful, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended

Staff behaviour was not good. More then 80% amenities was not available.

Good need attached bathroom in the price asked otherwise a good place to stay for short time and move on

Yes,I really want to share my experience with Grace Residence Hotel,which is located in NSL Metro station Chennai Airport.I thought it'd really far from the airport, but when I find near by few steps walking distance.i feel very 😊 😃 Happy. Room maintenance and staff receiving service and everything is very polite 👌 and neat and tidy..I strongly recommend you to see that by visiting Grace Residence.Thank you everyone

perfect location. in the building of Airport metro itself. Room should have been little bigger. otherwise we'll managed property and ideal for transit stay

Ideally located, within the airport premises, 5 min walk from T4. Good and clean place for an overnight stay. Honest staff. Had forgotten a pack in the room and they promptly called me and gave it.

Grace Residency is very nice and located inside metro station. Place looks very clean and neat. Their staffs are very well behaved and gentle. If you want to rest before your late night flights, this is the best place to stay for hourly basis too.

Location is good as its very near to check in point, metro, But a guest who reaches latenight is very difficult to search the reception. For my case for almost an hour I waited to get the reception.

Location is excellent, room is good but the bed sheets & towels are of very poor quality, breakfast as organised at outside restaurant where the hotel staff simply managed to get some snacks at just 10% of additional price charged for the breakfast.

Worst experience i have ever faced..AC not working, bathrooms not properly cleaned. Not worth it as per tarrif.

As rated as 3 star hotel, not a hygienic place to stay. Rooms are stinky, stains in blankets. Pillow covers are not washed. Also the bath towel is not dried properly and wonder it is a used one. I end up in using mine. More importantly the fan regular is broken and not able to control the speed. Recommend not to stay

Excellent transit hotel for a short stay near all terminals at Chennai airport.Staff at the reception are friendly.Although it is a common toilet for transit rooms, it was exceptionally clean.
