I had a terrible experience here. The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. After I checked in, they came to my room nearly 10 times to “check” something - I don’t even know why! It felt like they didn’t trust me or were just trying to bother me on purpose. It was very uncomfortable and stressful. Instead of relaxing, I felt like I was constantly being watched or disturbed. This is not how guests should be treated. Their behavior was totally unacceptable, and I will never be coming back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

super neet and clean we are late check in @ almost night 12 am the manager name (senthil ) was done 👍 a. fast check in so that. my little daughter also. happy 😁 so we also happy. property was good 💯 neat clean 👍 and. fresh (new building and new. bed complimentary things also look like a 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ sply. the staff who @ duty senthil is a well give a good service and behaviour is good

My stay was truly exceptional one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my accommodation from a dulex to a premium-class room at no additional cost, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. The room was well-maintained and offered a great level of comfort. The only minor drawbacks were the congested location, narrow approach street, and poor mobile network and Wi-Fi connectivity. However, these were small trade-offs compared to the overall quality of service and hospitality. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I would definitely love to return in the future♥️
