Rooms are not as they showed in the pictures. All clothes and bedspreads looks like a dirty one but they said all are washed once. Bathrooms are not that much comfortable. Bad experience.

I am a regular customer of Rohaan Inns -UPAR , Ashok nagar Chennai and my stay at this accommodation is excellent and marvelous Hospitality, Service is excellent and very worth to stay in this hotel / service apartments with family and friends. All amenities, travel and services are available nearby. I enjoyed my stay in this accommodation with family is so nice and I will prefer to stay in future also. Horrible experience, the entire property is stinking as it's under construction. Due to the noise, mess and safety hazards, he stayed only one night and had to leave. If you want the photographs I will share you the same . I demand a refund for the unused night and expect you to inform guests about such conditions before booking
