The room is clean, airy and well lit. Location is suited to my need of being close to my place of work. The staff is responsive and generally polite. There was an issue with the breakfast one day, but on my feedback was rectified next day onwards. The same with an issue with the shower but was fixed in the evening by the time I had come back. Wifi needs to be updated for speed and reach and technology (mesh would be great, so that can roam through out the premises with my login)Would have liked a list of TV channels (a printed guide) and news channels if possible. My stay was sleeping and breakfast. The apartment would be much better if it was equipped like a stay (cutlery and utensils in kitchen) worktable for laptop etc.

Lance has always been our go to place. Extremely kind staff and excellent service. They also go one step ahead to deliver the breakfast in room incase if we miss out on having the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Horrible breakfast, every thing cold, only 2-3 options that too finished before we could have it. Every thing had to be asked for in the room be it tissue paper, water, towel etc Lack of staff Only good thing was that they arranged for a city tour taxi....

I stayed at Apartments Lance 21 in Chennai for 3 nights, and my experience was excellent. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making my stay extremely comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city, yet peaceful enough for rest. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. I didn’t try the food service, so I can’t comment on that, but overall the stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai and would love to come back again.
