I had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. The manager at the reception was extremely arrogant and unprofessional during check-in. Instead of being helpful, his rude attitude made the entire experience unpleasant right from the start. I expected better customer service and respect from the staff. Definitely not a welcoming place — I would not recommend staying here until management improves their behavior and attitude toward guests. Manager asked us to pay 1200 extra for my friend to visit me and later we took another room as we were very unhappy and couldn’t change the hotel as it was late for us. He even insisted us to cancel the booking. They were totally unprofessional they called us early morning 5am and disturbed as the new guy was unaware of our check-in , even payment was not updated and asked us to pay 3000 as balance where we showed our payment details again and later they agreed . Overall very bad experience .

Property is good but I was taking my colleagues to my room they were not allowing and they were male not the female ones and I was so surprised for this and they were not in a mood to listen and they were very stubborn on that this I didn’t like at all and will not recommend to any of my friends and when I said will raise a query on this they said do what ever you want and coming to food the last order was around 9.00 pm after that no food they say our restaurant is closed . But some ho I didn’t like the hospitality of the hotel

The hotel provides basic facility, just bare minimum. The room is typically hot because they will start the AC once you get into the room. And it takes around 15 mins to get the room cool.
