I was happy with room service But had terrible experience with amenities as spa and sauna need to be paid I do understand have to pay for massage. I was surprised I’d never paid for spa and sauna during my stays at other hotels

I stayed in Ramada plaza for two days. it was a comfortable stay. Reception desk was very helpful specially Mr. Adam and Ms Shreya. Ramada Plaza takes care about comfort of guests. Food service and quality is very good. Breakfast offers good variety. Hotel is veryclean and tidy. Location is good. Overall value for money. Location and facilities are good. From reception to room, everything was good. The breakfast fast timing was 6:30, but it was not ready when we reached the restaurant at 6:40. We were on a tight schedule and preferred to get breakfast at 6:30 itself. Requested the restaurant staff for a tea, waited for 15 to 20 minutes, but didn't get the tea.

The stay was good but the hospitality could have been better..Location, food and amenities were very nice...but the people in the reception were not approachable..no proper guidance..they talk like they mock the customers.. The hotel was good, it had excellent food and amenities but the hospitality(reception) was worse..they weren't approachaable

My last stay at Ramada Plaza Wyndham Chennai

The property is located in a prime area and is close to both Airport and Train station. The staff are good and polite with the guests and helpful. The food is tasty and has options for less spicy and oily food. The only suggestion is to change the mattresses when the firmness of the surface goes down. Uneven mattresses cause spraint in muscle and tandon. Rest all good.

Ramada by Wyndham is an excellent place. I got upgraded to a premium room and the room was fantastic. Large enough for me to do my Yoga. A bathroom with a tub and really good utilities and cosmetics. The food in the bar is expensive but we got a 50% discount. Overall I would surely stay here again at Ramada Wyndham.
