Very Good Hote
I stayed in Ramada plaza for two days. it was a comfortable stay. Reception desk was very helpful specially Mr. Adam and Ms Shreya. Ramada Plaza takes care about comfort of guests. Food service and quality is very good. Breakfast offers good variety. Hotel is veryclean and tidy. Location is good. Overall value for money. Good Stay
Location and facilities are good. From reception to room, everything was good. The breakfast fast timing was 6:30, but it was not ready when we reached the restaurant at 6:40. We were on a tight schedule and preferred to get breakfast at 6:30 itself. Requested the restaurant staff for a tea, waited for 15 to 20 minutes, but didn't get the tea.

Excellent Stay
We had a great experience staying at Ramada plaza in Guindy. The room with the city view was really great and we enjoyed it. The breakfast spread was spot on. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Stay good but hospitality worse
The stay was good but the hospitality could have been better..Location, food and amenities were very nice...but the people in the reception were not approachable..no proper guidance..they talk like they mock the customers.. The hotel was good, it had excellent food and amenities but the hospitality(reception) was worse..they weren't approachaable

Poor Stay
Unplescent Reception Staff Attitude as if they are helping the guest! No one come across to handle Baggage to room though I saw two of them standing and chatting between them cracking jocks

My last stay at Ramada Plaza Wyndham Chennai
The property is located in a prime area and is close to both Airport and Train station. The staff are good and polite with the guests and helpful. The food is tasty and has options for less spicy and oily food. The only suggestion is to change the mattresses when the firmness of the surface goes down. Uneven mattresses cause spraint in muscle and tandon. Rest all good.

Stay was comfortable. The location of the property is very good. Breakfast at the property was excellent especially Chef Raghu and Mohanaselvam . Nitu was serving with a smile and Shreya at the reception were outstanding

Excellent Stay
Ramada by Wyndham is an excellent place. I got upgraded to a premium room and the room was fantastic. Large enough for me to do my Yoga. A bathroom with a tub and really good utilities and cosmetics. The food in the bar is expensive but we got a 50% discount. Overall I would surely stay here again at Ramada Wyndham.

Not so happening stay
I have stayed at Ramada in multiple locations in the past and always had a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, this particular stay did not live up to the same standard. Despite the check-in time being 2:00 PM, I was asked to wait even though I had arrived at 3:00 PM. This was disappointing and not in line with the efficiency I have experienced in other Ramada properties. What struck me most was the treatment at the time of entering my room. The reception instructed the staff to lock the minibar right in front of me, and when I enquired, I was told that access would only be granted if I paid an advance deposit ofThis practice was not only surprising but also felt quite appalling and insulting, especially given my prior experiences at various star hotels where such measures are unheard of. On a positive note, the breakfast spread was good, and the sub staff were courteous and attentive, which was a redeeming factor in an otherwise unpleasant stay. Overall, it was a shabby experience that fell short of the brand promise I had come to expect from Ramada.

Hi, stay food and staff was all good.. but when we went to use the swimming pool.. there kids who were getting couching class.. that was strange... and over crowded that was not informed...

The spread was great, courtesy & service were excellent. we lost our key card & were expecting some drama at the Desk. however we were in for a pleasant surprise. it was as smooth as a song only one question asked & key card was handed over. all in all a highly recommended place to stay in Chennai location is phenomenal.
