From the first friendly face on the welcome team at the front desk to the kind and efficient chauffeur who saw me off at the airport, everyone I encountered was truly superb. Their genuine politeness and eagerness to help made a real difference. Housekeeping deserves a special mention for their excellent attention to detail, keeping my room pristine. And the amenities in the room? They were genuinely "next level" – a delightful surprise that elevated the entire experience. Let's not forget the food quality, which was simply awesome! Starting from pick up by a pleasant mannered chauffeur and a safe smooth ride to Radisson Blu Hotel & Suites GRT Chennai Airport and early check in accepted and arranged by the duty managers was the very first experience. Oh I forgot the earlier telephonic conversation which was very respectful and friendly helpful . Accepting the luggage’s and getting them to the room was perfect professional. Room was very comfortable , clean very well sanitised. The closet was very latest and fully controlled. Shower was very comfortable. The Room service was very prompt. That night presidential room dinner was choreographed to the style we wanted at an affordable rate. Breakfast was the crown of the stay with very delicious sumptuous everything. Wonderful experience
