My stay at Ashoka Residency was rather short but comfortable and satisfying. location is good. they had.many rooms and we're able to accomodate a bog group of close to 35. the rooms were clean and tidy with essential supplies. The reception staff was efficient. overall a good stay and I would stay there for my next visit too.

They were not provided kettle, coffee powder, tea bag or sugar even after requesting for that. Room first provided was very small and after complaining only changed to moderate sized room. The treatment was not customer friendly. The complimentary breakfast also poor which is not in line with the cost.

Hotel cleanliness was pathetic, a 299 room has better hygiene then this Ashoka residency Chennai hotel. Bathroom was a dirty as a government public toilet. No proper food served. Bar down was better with good service and maintained clean
