Worst customer service The rooms were not clean and specially the bed. I would never suggest anyone to stay in this property

Not worth. No match for the price charged and the amenities they provided. Rooms are stinking, the corridor is horrible. Not even basic amenities. This is suite room condition. They upgraded my room due to the non availability of the reserved room category. Food is good. A/c not good in room.

Location is tooo odd, rooms are not clean. lots of dust in the room. bathroom are tooo bad smell. no proper menu in the breakfast. cockroach are travelling in breakfast food.

Stay was good. It's right next to the Main Road, just opposite to Sri Ramachandra Medical College. Food was good. Bathroom maintenance would have been better.

I stayed in Hotel V7 in room no 6014 for five days. During my stay I was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Long back I stayed in the same hotel, the ambience was very bad, the rooms were stinking but now it is very Well maintained as it was before 3 years. I appreciate the whole hk team, especially to Ms SANDHIYA, Mr DINESH. The service they rended me. And a special thanks to Mrs LALITHA. As She is giving good training to the staffs. Also the laundry, within an hour the service was completed. Thanks to Mr Siva kumar and Mr Moses also. On the whole enjoyed the stay in V7 and would surely visit to the hotel. Shower in bath room was completely rusted and quality of drinking water and sealed water bottles are not properly cleaned.

Restroom in the restaurant is worst. They didn’t clean it properly. Especially the handwashing is not attached with the restaurant. After finishing the food in the restaurant, we have to go to the restroom separately and wash our hands begin the reception area. That too they didn’t maintained properly. I informed them thrice a times in my stay. First day at evening around 08:30 pm. I communicated to the reception and restaurant manager when I am having a dinner. Same kind of thing in next day morning also. They are not giving importance for cleaning the restroom.

The hotel was built well with well planning, but the maintenance is very poor. I had seen the baby cockroach in my room. Walls are with stains. Lamination to the TV rack is peeled off. Wash room is with foul smell. For this they gad put the naphthalene balls around the wash basin. Breakfast is ok, but coffee from coffee machine is chargeable. We have drink already brewed coffee.

Property is not maintained well. Multiple hygiene and aesthetic issues like Showers are rusted, mirrors are stained, foul smell from mats carpets etc. Most importantly didnt find bedsheets and pillow covers clean. Staff is not responsive poor service no proper staff working in the hotel and maintenance sucks food is terrible no proper menu provided by the hotel coz food mentioned in the menu card will be always unavailable and as per the pricing this hotel is not even worth a single penny experienced a terrible stay in this hotel glad will not stay here from next time

Room atmosphere is very worst. Very average breakfast food taste. Toilet and Bathroom amenities are very very worst.

The hotel is dingy, not well maintained. Bad smell everywhere.. Bathrooms not well maintained, stains and broken shelfs and overall bad maintenance Although staff was ok

No hot water , room and washroom not cleaned properly, restaurant is also not well maintained . Pillow cover they changed when I informed

It was an average stay time being because of high price which is not for the comfort that rooms had. this stay is very bad with respect to the price and the comfort they gave with food quality.

Hotels have to have some basic requirements of Hygiene, that's missing at the core. with lot of cockroachs roaming around. Basics like towel, tea kettle, Cups etc not placed. Service and Hygiene are really terrible never recommend this Hotel to anyone. It was the worst experience I ever had as a regular traveller. The wifi did not work at all during our entire stay. We 4 people had stayed in the hotel for our work and could not do anything. Basic facilities like towels, kettle, cups, tea supplies had to be asked multiple times and even had to fight to get them to our rooms. Intercom and AC were not working in one of the rooms. We had to shift later to another room. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I would like to get a refund for this horrible experience
