This property is close to the new bus terminus, it's walking distance. The room is neat and clean. Even though it's adjacent to a busy bus terminus, there was not sound inside the room. Wide spread of breakfast was available

Room cleaning Air condition failure frequently. 2:15 am the AC tech report to room (301) for repairing AC. next day again the AC issue room shifted after request to 309. it was one of the bad experience in my life staying a " reputed" hotel like KALAYAN GRANT. We booked the room for two and the tooth brush was only one. There is no comb on first day. Only one water bottle Toilet tiles were very old. AC was not working properly and request to for AC tech at midnight and the tech arrived at 2.15 am. Room shifted to other room (309) Total stay at kalyan was feel bad

The first day was pretty bad as some of the things were not working, door was too tight. Seems they didn't check properly before allotting the room. I cant even cancel and move to another hotel. When the room was changed on second day, it was good.
