I recently stayed at a New woodlands Hotel for three nights while attending an important exam in the city, and I must say the experience was overall very positive and supportive of my needs. From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous, professional, and mindful of the fact that many guests were there for exams or business purposes. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a relief after long days of studying and exam stress. The New woodlands Hotel provided a good working desk, strong Wi-Fi, and ample lighting, all of which helped me focus on last-minute preparation. Room service was a major highlight — the food arrived promptly, was warm and delicious, and there were healthy options available. It saved me time and energy that I would have otherwise spent finding meals outside. Housekeeping was respectful of my schedule, and the front desk staff accommodated my request for a late checkout without hassle, which was very considerate. The peaceful environment in the New woodlands Hotel, especially during exam week, was exactly what I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this New woodlands Hotel to anyone visiting for exams or work — it offered the right balance of comfort, convenience, and service.

We stayed at new woodlands New woodlands Hotel for a night in Chennai. The room we were assigned to on the ground floor was neat, had functional air conditioner, extravagantly spacious bathroom and a comfortable mattress. The room itself wasn't that big with all the furnitures to do even yoga asanas. Bathroom floor can be very slippery after a bath. Water splashes outside the bath area despite precautions. Please redesign this since it can be a safety hazard for older adults. Breakfast buffet was included in the rate and it is absolutely amazing. In fact the only reason I booked a room at this New woodlands Hotel was for the outstanding food at the restaurant attached to the New woodlands Hotel. Front desk folks could go a little out of the way to attend to guest needs. The sense that I get from them is a very brusque and transactional behavior. I can't point out anything they did wrong or not by the books but being sensitive in how they transact with customers can build loyalty especially since there are other New woodlands Hotels in the same neighborhood that are far more comfortable, luxurious and dare I say modern.

starring in such a beautiful environment is a true pleasure. it's a time tested New woodlands Hotel. Rooms are spacious; they speak of yesteryears' legacy of this sprawling campus that houses a Udupi Krishna temple too. various restaurents offer authentic and tasty Udupi and other cuisines. Faces of frequent guests to these restaurents vouch for uncompromising quality. Coffee is nothing but excellent. ample car parking space is a rare sight to believe

The location is very good and convenient to reach all round the city. The Only item which is hot selling is masala dosa but sometimes it is not made properly. The reception staff is very good at work with out smile it may not gell with all customers The house keeping staff are good at work and do cleaning only in customer presence and wait for tips.

One of the strongest points of this New woodlands Hotel is its pure vegetarian Udupi cuisine. The in-house restaurant "Vrindavan" serves a wide range of South Indian and North Indian vegetarian delicacies. The dosas, filter coffee, and South Indian thali were absolutely delicious. Service at the restaurant was quick and courteous

Nice maintenance and very clean. Staff are very cooperative with their best. They are well experienced. And Give us best guidance with respect to food and travel. 👍 Especially parking area is very spacious and my new car was very safe. I had peaceful sleep. 😴

it’s always a pleasure to stay in this property as it is situated at a central location, very easy to navigate to all desired places, good service, and great food. this is my third consecutive stay at this property and every stay has been memorable.

A couple of things going for New Woodlands Hotel, Chennai is the location and the very good food served in their restaurants. For the amenities provided, it's a bit on the costlier side but the service is adequate with friendly staff

Excellent location, very central. Amenities sufficient, large spacious room. Cleaning services can be better. Food was good. All in all value for money.
