Bed sheet was not clean and so was the room .There were small crumbs on the bed and table . The bathing area in the washroom is too small . The breakfast - bowls for sambar cannot have one vada immersed in it without sambar overflowing .The tea cups were unclean - the bottom of the cup cup had some black spots and the handle of the cup was unclean . There was confusion at the time of check in - presumably they had no updation and that I had yo wait for some 20 -25 minutes .

First of all I have booked for suite but it was not looking like a suite room and I have booked for smoking room but when I asked about smoking they told me that the hotel is totally non-smoking . So please take care of that and also no cleanliness was there.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant, though there is certainly room for enhancement regarding the breakfast options, as they appeared somewhat repetitive during the three-day period. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from improved soundproofing and an upgrade to the bathroom fixtures. However, the service provided by the staff was truly amazing and friendly.

Had a Pleasant and Excellent stay & Grand Continent Premier. The ambience and location was decent and clean. A special mention to Mr.Suresh and Ms. Usha at the reception who were super professional and friendly in their approach. Such staffs need a special appreciation.
