Hotel M Grand

Most pathetic stay. Reached to hear no water, then power issue hence no Ac. wasted my money, rooms stink, bathroom not clean. Don't go for it ever. ,go for it Pathetic experience, when I reached the water pump was spoilt, so no water in the washroom. Following which Ac was not working. Horrible experience

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a good variety at breakfast. The location was perfect — close to all major attractions yet peaceful and quiet.

When we arrived at 2pm rooms were not ready. We were made to wait. Toilets were smelling and no tissues and towels kept ready.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel M Grand. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options available. The location is convenient and easily accessible, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Hotel M Grand to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Such a nightmare experience staying in this 4star hotel, no ac working , tv working, my bad even room keys not working I asked to refund the money and I was taking any hotel which is 2star rated . stayed many hotels but this one such an worst ever experience. If someone want to take an revenge somebody yu may choose and have the chance

Nice stay nice ambience nice staff especially reception staff members even after check out time I was given a space and waited till evening for my bus, food was good and tasty , on the whole the experience was good and easy accessible to all places , also room cleaning service also good .

I say in my bottom of the heart, it is very much appricated from your sevice and al so all lisioning works. Food and amenities are very excellent. Good higine food, as all workmens are very nice concerns. In iuluding security person. I think about it every time l came to chenni i am chossing for this hotel. My best wishes 💐🌹

Average not upto mark and food is good but room size and other service ok not worth for this prize

Rooms can be better, bit old and mosquitos, breakfast is really good and supportive staff too

For visiting us visa the hotel is very good option, room and wash room were quite clean although it room was bit small. Breakfast spread can be improved with quality of food

The stay was pleasant. The only catch here is that hotel does not allow flexible check-in as mentioned. So i had to pay half day charge for staying for additional 4 hours.

No place to keep luggage. Breakfast below average. Room size is very small. Bad smell in room. Do go this hotel

It is shocking to experience room without ac remote. Staff member will come into too to on ac with remote. After ac is on, he will take remote. We cannot change ac temperature. Staff will set ac temperature and will take remote. Cannot on ac or off ac. No coffee kettle. Hotel is old property. Only thing is it is located in center of city. Not suitable for family stay. No breakfast options. It is just like a lodge. Not worth money. There is no pleasant feeling in room. In mid night also to operate ac a staff will enter room to operate ac.

It is a good hotel in the heart of t nagar. Neat and clean. A few points- 1. A shower curtain is not placed in the bathroom. Room 308. I reported this. 2. When a couple stay, they should provide two. Only one was provided the 2, nd day. First day we asked for it. 3. Tissue paper for toilet was not placed. Only sprinkler was available. 4. Ac went off for 2 hours and became sultry. 5. Hand shower could be provided.

Pros - location is tnagar ( hence it's a positive) cons- 1. The rooms does not have ac remotes, everytime you want to change temperature - you will have to reach out to reception ( even if it is 2 am or 3 am) which is absurd the hotel management had no other way through for this and said this is how it is for all- very absurd 2. Frequent power cuts observed with power fluctuations 3. Breakfast had very limited spread 4. Veg and non veg food was kept randomly- absolute not acceptable for people who are vegetarians 5. Almost all support staffs were new( in cafeteria, room service etc) and they had no answers for most of my questions overall not a great place for family definitely

Front desk doesn’t have the customer service mindset, they keep calling for checkout before the checkout time which is really annoying, rooms are very small and not maintained properly. I would not choose this hotel for my next stay
