Benzz Park

Booking Issue: When we booked through Make My Trip, I mentioned “2 adults and 1 child” with the child being 16 years old. However, the booking system only registered the child as aged 1. This resulted in an unexpected additional charge of ₹1200/-. Breakfast: The breakfast quality was disappointing. The setup was poor, possibly due to ongoing renovations. This needs significant improvement. Parking: The car parking arrangements were inconvenient and not up to standard. Staff Behavior: • The reception staff displayed rude behavior, which left a bad impression. • On a positive note, the security personnel at the entrance were very humble, and the service boy provided excellent service. Room and Interior: The interior design of the Benzz Park is amazing, and the room quality was excellent—comfortable and well-maintained. Suggestions: • Address the issue with Make My Trip to ensure child ages are reflected accurately. • Improve the breakfast quality and organization. • Train reception staff to be more polite and professional. • Revisit parking arrangements to make them more convenient for guests. Overall, while the room and interiors were great, the service experience needs to match the quality of the accommodation.

Property is at good location in heart of chennai at t nagar. Currently upgradation is going on in the Benzz Park , so expect construction noise during the day time. The room in which i stayed, had slight smell as you enter the room. However the room was neat and clean. Ac control was good. Wi-fi facility was given but signal quality was very poor and could not use it. The breakfast was good. However, the provision of cutlery was very poor, cups, spoons, fork needed to be asked as not available near the bf buffet or on the table.

Hotel is clean and Centrally located at T nagar Chennai easily approachable. One part of the Benzz Park Building is under renovation where restaurant is situated it's entire floor has some stinky smell of Kitchen... otherwise everything in the new building was fine

This Benzz Park is located in the heart of the city. The staff is good and the food is very good. The new renovated wing is really good. I would certainly go back and stay there again.

The property is easy to locate. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff too is very helpful and accomodative

The Benzz Park is renovated recently, and has very modern rooms and facilities. The staff is very courteous and we had a great experience during our stay.

Location excellent rooms are good in size and clean. Food is average front office staff has to be more trained and house keeping staff too to be properly trained
