Our family had a wonderful stay at SRM SRM Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of. The kid-friendly amenities, like the pool and game room, kept our children entertained, while the comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere ensured we all got great rest. The Hotel is good in all respects from cleanliness to hospitality to amenities. However, the property has incorrectly claimed their restaurant PADNAM to be pure vegetarian when the food there is served from the common kitchen of the Hotel which has both veg and non veg. We had booked the property just because it had a vegetarian restaurant but we were very much disappointed. We wanted to extend our stay but did not due to food issues. We had to go to nearby eateries for food. Hotel should immediately remove its pure vegetarian branding, or should ensure that the restaurant does not allow food cooked from outside its own dedicated kitchen. Going by other standards the Hotel should not get less than 4 stars.

My experience was truly satisfying. The property is in a great location, close to key attractions yet peaceful. Rooms were neat, spacious, and had all necessary amenities. The food was tasty, fresh, and offered good variety. The staff was polite, responsive, and ensured a smooth stay. Housekeeping and services were prompt and reliable. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and professional management. It was a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Whether for a short trip or a long vacation, this place is highly recommended. Would love to return again!

This is one of the best SRM Hotel stayed considering the rooms , the amenities the food quality. Most importantly the cost what i had to pay was not high at all. Would always prefer to stay here whenever I visit Chennai

We were here for a day. Very conventily located if some one is visiting SRM University. Food was good so was room. AC cooling could have been better.

The one good part of this SRM Hotel is it's location within SRM campus. Room and food both are excellent. Already stayed twice, will definitely stay in future.

Location suited me as my son is studying in SRM, though it's far from main city. But well connected by a local train, cabs. Stay was comfortable and service was nice.
