Hotel Shelter

The atmosphere was homely and the staff were courteous, especially Venus and Sabarish. Please make it more senior citizen’s friendly by providing bath stools .

The hotel is under renovation and there were issues with regard to power connection, water connection and availability of hot water etc. But the staff were very good and they have done their best in attending us

It is not a human hotel. A cremation ground. No one should go and get trapped in this hotel even if they don't know. This is a dilapidated building

Location is in prime area. Staff courteous. Rooms are clean. Drawback is there is no in house restaurent.

No tv, no hot water, no news paper, no buffet bf. Was not given gst bill for the stay for the full amount

Google makes you confused about location as metro work is going on that area. Based on make my trip app showing charges inclusive of breakfast but no food they could arrange as per the reception guy they are undergoing renovation of kitchen

No restaurant. Lift is not working. Working lift is no lighting no manpower was provided to us while vacating room. Heart of the city location only.

By seeing the condition of the hotel we vacated soon after check in. Not stayed. Wevwere there for 30 mins. Horrible condition of the room. Stale smell. No service /response. No lift.

Lift was not working, hot water supply was not available, breakfast not available at the restaurant due to renovation

The hotel had refused to allot the room to me and i have made the request for refunding my amount paid as i have not utilised the stay at all.

Location was very accessible. However the hotel isn’t maintained properly, i had booked two rooms, the ac wasn’t working on one of the rooms, so i had to go to the other room and sleep. There were very less number of staffs. The place had a stink. Not a good experience.

Was there for 10 minutes and came back as it was non live-able place. Like no water no intercom nothing. Had struggled for water. Checked out in 10 min. Asked for a refund to mm t but they so spineless that they couldn’t even do it. Hope with that money mm t will multiply their revenues.

Waste service not helpful for travel-ling out side. X_

Room was not cleaned citing the reason that i have not informed about cleaning. No replacement of bed spread etc

No hot water. Smelly restroom. Room condition was also not good. Water plaster was coming out in room

The hotel bed cover were not clean and it was not properly washed. Black stain and asked the staff to replace it. The second one also was dirt and then we took it seriously and asked the hotel to replace with a clean sheet. Finally they got a better one. Very bad on a ready to occupy room at shelter. Will never book a room again.
