My recent staycation at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai over the Independence Day long weekend was a truly delightful experience. The hotel's location, close to the airport, is incredibly convenient and a great escape from the city's hustle. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, and the "smart" features were a nice touch, adding to the comfort and luxury.
The dining experience was a major highlight. I enjoyed meals at the on-site restaurants, which offered a great variety of local and international dishes. The breakfast spread at Ministry of Chutneys was particularly impressive, with a wide array of options that were both delicious and unique. The Great Kabab Factory also lived up to its reputation, serving up an excellent selection of kebabs.
What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, keeping the room spotless, while room service was quick to respond and delivered orders promptly. The overall hospitality was outstanding, making me feel right at home and truly pampered.
