Great hospitality right from airport pick up to drop ! Excellent food !

Terrible service at the bar, they should be srapped with their star status.

the hotel was very beautiful. The food was top notch. the staff was very polite and welcoming making the place heartwarming to visit.

Really it was wonderful stay with Radisson Blu hotel. We enjoyed,very comfortable and luxurious hotel. Especially we like fully automated room . Washroom is very hygiene and Vera level.

The stay was excellent. Hospitality is top notch and up to the standards. Rooms are very neat and clean and well maintained.

We stayed here for 1 night while travelling back to surat from Puducherry as our flight was from Chennai. It’s a pleasant stay with overall good experience. Booked studio room which had all the amenities inline with 5 star property. Breakfast spread was good. Had 24X7 access to the longue which was giving complimentary beverages, snacks items, fruits and juices etc 24 X 7. Also they provide complimentary airport pick up and drop facility

Awesome experience, they allow as early checkin and late checkout and breakfast was also good and had different varieties.

Good room maintenance and cleaning..problem comes on services during night time..first of all receptionist or who ever attending the calls in night is not responding properly..even for getting water we need to wait for 2 hrs...wrost experience during the stay..l don't know how the management is not looking such things. this is a beautiful hotel, it's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home, especially its room automation is next level

Excellent well maintained property near the airport. Good for family as well as business. Professional staff and excellent food. Rooms are well maintained and neat. In room dining options and speed of service was excellent

Had great experience with stay and food ( had 3 meal) . Liked the ambiance and room service is also great

The breakfast buffet was not upto the mark. This doesn't happen. But this time when I stayed, it was not good. I skipped the complimentary breakfast. Room service took very long just to give a bath towel which is very disappointing. The cars which are used for airport transfers definitely need a replacement

My recent staycation at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai over the Independence Day long weekend was a truly delightful experience. I enjoyed meals at the on-site restaurants, which offered a great variety of local and international dishes. The breakfast spread at Ministry of Chutneys was particularly impressive, with a wide array of options that were both delicious and unique. The Great Kabab Factory also lived up to its reputation, serving up an excellent selection of kebabs. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, keeping the room spotless, while room service was quick to respond and delivered orders promptly. The overall hospitality was outstanding, making me feel right at home and truly pampered.

Very thoughtful protocols for conserving nature and environment taken by Hotel Radisson Blu.. The food was amazing. Hospitality was awesome. They have upgraded our room. I stayed for a day in Radison Blu Hotel. This is my first time to this hotel. Stay, food and all the services including travel desk was super helpful and excellent. Experience has been fantastic. hosting team was very helpful right from check in till check out. Overall a tremendous experience. Will visit again for sure when i am visiting chennai.

Excellent experience can’t believe my father & mother fell very relax in the room. Location is good near the airport hardly 10 min drive from hotel
