Good room maintenance and cleaning..problem comes on services during night time..first of all receptionist or who ever attending the calls in night is not responding properly..even for getting water we need to wait for 2 hrs...wrost experience during the stay..l don't know how the management is not looking such things. this is a beautiful hotel, it's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home, especially its room automation is next level

Excellent well maintained property near the airport. Good for family as well as business. Professional staff and excellent food. Rooms are well maintained and neat. In room dining options and speed of service was excellent

Had great experience with stay and food ( had 3 meal) . Liked the ambiance and room service is also great

The breakfast buffet was not upto the mark. This doesn't happen. But this time when I stayed, it was not good. I skipped the complimentary breakfast. Room service took very long just to give a bath towel which is very disappointing. The cars which are used for airport transfers definitely need a replacement

My recent staycation at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai over the Independence Day long weekend was a truly delightful experience. The hotel's location, close to the airport, is incredibly convenient and a great escape from the city's hustle. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, and the "smart" features were a nice touch, adding to the comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a major highlight. I enjoyed meals at the on-site restaurants, which offered a great variety of local and international dishes. The breakfast spread at Ministry of Chutneys was particularly impressive, with a wide array of options that were both delicious and unique. The Great Kabab Factory also lived up to its reputation, serving up an excellent selection of kebabs. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, keeping the room spotless, while room service was quick to respond and delivered orders promptly. The overall hospitality was outstanding, making me feel right at home and truly pampered.

Excellent property. Excellent service. Airport pick up and drop facility in Electric vehicle from the Hotel was extremely satisfactory considering Nature and pollution . Very thoughtful protocols for conserving nature and environment taken by Hotel Radisson Blu.. The food was amazing. Hospitality was awesome. They have upgraded our room. I stayed for a day in Radison Blu Hotel. This is my first time to this hotel. Stay, food and all the services including travel desk was super helpful and excellent. Experience has been fantastic. hosting team was very helpful right from check in till check out. Overall a tremendous experience. Will visit again for sure when i am visiting chennai.

Property location is well within reach of airport and other important corporate house which is an advantage. Breakfast spread was awesome and very much as per the local taste. Facilities offer during stay is quite comforting.

Check in experience was sub optimal. During booking I was assured of two twin beds instead of King, but at check in that was denied. They wanted more money

First they dont give any complimentary drink or any special inclusions in mmt bookings plus everyone dont need to be fluent in english to stay at ur hotel also the women working there if a person couldnt speak english well u dnt need to look down them especially the women workers in front dest please change yr attitude and dont forget ur hotel is in tamilnadu
